How to order OSP services?

Definition of need
Define what result you need (data, analysis, access, or a solution), what it will be used for, and the expected scope of work. If necessary, you can consult specialists from the State Data Agency – this will help formulate the request more precisely and shorten the coordination time.
Submission of the application
Submit the application on the Lithuanian Data Portal. The submission and evaluation of the application are free of charge. The Agency evaluates whether the application meets the requirements, уточняет possible implementation methods, and informs about the expected timelines and preliminary costs.
Coordination and payment
During the coordination process, the scope of the service is уточняется, the conditions and required documents are determined, and the final price of the service and payment procedure are provided. If information is missing, the client is asked to supplement it. Work begins only after final agreement.
Service implementation
Once the decision to provide the service is made, the State Data Agency carries out the agreed tasks: preparing, organizing, or anonymizing data, integrating the solution, providing access, and performing other requested tasks.
Delivery of the result
You are granted access to the data or analytical environment, or the final product is delivered (data set, report, indicators, or other agreed result). From this moment, you can use the result in your activities.
